We have milled well over 2500 units with fantastic success to the point where we now are a 98% metal free crown&bridge lab. We mill anything from single units to implant abutments to 14-unit screw-retained implant bridges. Our dentist customers love the superior aesthetics achievable with zirconia. We use Zirkonzahn ICE veneer porcelain on our framework. The new PRETTAU ZIRCONIA is now available in conjunction with the new PRETTAU COLOURING LIQUIDS. The more translucent Prettau zirconia is used for full anatomical tooth contour milling which the Zirkongraph handles with ease, but it is also applicable for veneered anterior copings. We have accumulated vast knowledge about zirconia and zirconia-frame design which we happily share on our courses. We also do FREE milling demos. The best part about the Zirkonzahn milling system is the fact that we can perform any job in-house:No need to farm out anything.
